Not much is known about perytons, with the only appearance of one within the comic being Blanche's mother, Adelle Noir. Perytons appear as roe deer with wings, and can have either a solid fur color, or a piebald pattern, in the case of Adelle . They do not appear to have bird legs as shown in Reunion, instead having the same leg and hoof structure of a deer, probably the result of a design update by Kory.
